wow.. i m bushed..

Juz got back not long from a promo shoot at Sentosa.. the job was reccommended by Ivan as his cousin is working in the company.. we were mainly jus extras but this photo shoot taught me alot of things.. most importantly... DUN ever buy pirated VCDS.. fliming is damn hard work man.. we started fliming at 6am in the morning and as there were no bus to enable us to rch Sentosa by 6am for the fliming, we were sponsored cab fare down.. Ivan picked me up at my hse together with his cousin Weiming n another friend Ruada.. the whole morning was spent watching this film like more than 20 times n there were even a close up shot of me n Averil being blown by fans n pretending to get shocked by the lightning tt the director used a flashlight to imitate.. after tt, our group had to walk up n down n pretend to look interested in the exhibits.. though there were lots of retakes, it was a refreshing experience for me.. there were this "so called" main actor n actresses who were supposedly quite famous in acting as "extras" in shows n movies, n i tell u man, the girl was damn snobbish n rude.. even the crew, food court manager and all the waitresses disliked her.. haha.. there was even an elderly woman who starred in chinese shows (bt i dunno her name..) we finished filming ard 445pm n i slept at 10pm which was very early for me tt night...

today shooting was at 9am so i could slept abit longer.. the day past relatively slowly as we had to wait quite abit as the crew members arranged the lighting n set up the stage for the next scene.. this dragged on till 5pm which our official knock off time but the director asked my group to stay back for an interview till7pm.. we were paid OT n were even fed dinner.. (only Ivan will get the joke of the word "being fed") the interview was so nerve wrecking as we had to memorise lines n speak in front of the camera... after the shoot, we even went up the Carlsberg Sky Tower for Free, thanks to Aeril for asking if we could enter for free.. it was reali hilarious shooting with them.. they r a real bunch of fun friends.. haha..

reali enjoyed these 2 days of filming.. guess it gave me a greater exposure to life.. the most important i learnt is acting is nvr easy... one has to be patient n keep waiting for even several hours jus for the next scene... however, i hav the company of my lunatic n loony friends, so it wasn't too bad.. haha.. we took loads of pictures n made alot of friends at Sentosa, frm the waitresses to managers n even the attraction attendent.. n its all cuz of Averil n Ivan... damn gd PR.. haha...

i finally get the real meaning of "friends make ur life filled with laughter".....
